2014 to 2020

McKeague Consultancy worked for the Lindis Catchment Group in replacing all the water permits and through the minimum flow plan change both Council hearing and Environment Court. The Lindis Catchment Group proposed a unique solution to the minimum flow which resulted in a large reduction in water abstraction and an improvement in efficient water use in return for long term permits. The group were successful in the Environment Court and are now able to start implementing the changes on farm.

Lindis Catchment Group alongside McKeague Consultancy have achieved positive environmental outcomes for the catchment whilst providing for water users.
